Progress is Progress

Don’t let anyone diminish your progress.

It’s okay to have a partner, for example having a work-out buddy will help keep you accountable for going to the gym.

Just make sure that you’re checking your progress against yourself and not your friend.

Maybe they got an A on the last test and you got a B. It doesn’t matter that they got an A – it matters that the exact percent of your B is even .5% higher than your last test. It can be .1%. As long as you worked and you improved, you did it. You achieved.

Have faith πŸ™‚ You’re doing great!

  1. Wow. I strongly agree with your message.

Everybody moves at their own pace, you should never compare yourself to anyone else.

    Keep inspiring Slabat. πŸ™‚
