Importance of You

I believe we’re all here to help each other. 

While you’re out doing good and looking after others though, don’t forget yourself. 

Don’t forget to sleep, to hydrate, and to take those moments. 

When you’re at work and you’re upset about something: walk away. Sit down. Breathe. Relax. 

When your friend needs you and you’re not in the right mind to give them sound advice, let them know. Take a nap. Breathe. Call them back. 

You are so important. We need you. We need you to be the best you. And sometimes that requires stepping back and giving you space. Take your space.
