New Years’ Resolutions

There’s a lot of talk about how pointless resolutions are, because if you really want to change you’ll do it now – which I agree with, but cynics are missing the point of the resolutions. 

There is value in reflecting on this year – what went wrong, what went right, what you learned, how you can improve – and writing down goals for next year. 

Make an action plan and do your best to stick to it.
