It’s Valentine’s Day. Or as others call it, Singles Awareness Day.
This day can make you happy, excited, angry, depressed, vengeful, jealous…or maybe you totally don’t care and feel nothing at all.
Whatever you feel, embrace it. It doesn’t need to take over, but let it in. Acknowledge it. Being in tune with yourself is so important.
If it’s something you don’t want to feel – maybe anger – embracing and acknowledging it will help it pass much quicker than trying to suppress or cover it with something else.
Give yourself a hug – embrace where you are in life.
