Loving vs. Idea of Loving

We want others to love us because of who we are, not what we do for them, or who we changed ourselves into for them. They can’t do that if we aren’t ourselves. 

Take some time today to think about who you want to be and what steps you can take to become that person. 

If you’re worried that people will stop liking you for being yourself, then those aren’t your people. 

Maybe you haven’t met your people – but you will.
